The Mail/Office Manager will receive and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, and maintain logs to provide for the status of mail.
Oversee the operation and maintenance of the Klamath Tribes motor pool.
Retrieve and retain department usage for cost allocation for postage, copies, mileage, and telephone expenses.
This position requires someone who can work independently with minimal supervision to ensure timely, accurate and efficient work flow in accordance with office policies and procedures.
